Our client, a leading travel company, is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support their growing team. This role focuses on building strong HR foundations, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational development in a dynamic SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Finalize and harmonize employee handbooks across business units.
- Develop onboarding and training programs to drive engagement and retention.
- Create professional development tools and HR templates.
- Implement efficient, people-focused HR procedures.
- Support change initiatives and full-cycle recruitment.
What You Bring
- Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally within an SME or growing company.
- Experience in the travel industry a huge asset
- Strong understanding of Quebec labor laws and HR best practices.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
