<p>This is a remote position and we will consider candidates from all regions of the world.</p><p><br></p><p>Goal of YZi Incubation Program: </p><ul><li>No.1 borderless tech incubator in the world</li><li>First Check in top founders, projects, startups;</li><li>Top of funnel for sourcing early investment opportunities for YZi Labs;</li><li>Build a network with founders, talents, and investors in Web3, AI, Biotech. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Analyze and understand the competitive landscape of incubators/incubation programs;</li><li>Design the value props to add value to incubatees, differentiate from major leading incubators (YC, A16Z incubation, Alliance, HF0…)</li><li>Manage the entire 12-wks incubation program, including all logistics, 3 seasons a year (SF, Dubai, SG);</li><li>Internal communication: drive the whole labs team internally to contribute in the program;</li><li>Build, nurture and expand the network with founders, talents, and investors in the ecosystem to grow together;</li><li>Conduct marketing/PR activities/events to improve the brand awareness of YZi Labs;</li><li>Work with a portfolio management team to deliver the value add points to constantly support their growth. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements: </p><p>- Had experience in incubator operations;</p><p>- Naturally enjoys interacting with founders and willing to help them;</p><p>- Strong execution and communication (external & internal) skills;</p><p>- Be flexible with location and business travels;</p><p>- 2-5 yrs experience in early stage venture investing is an addition but not required;</p><p>- Proficiency in English and Chinese.</p>
