IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

12 Months Contract

Vancouver Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite

Deliverables

Standard program coordinator deliverables and supporting documentation will be expected although they may be modified to suit the scope and scale of the program. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Financial reports including budget, actuals, spending burn rate, and forecasts.

2. Status reports (PSRs) including progress against milestones, issues, risks and decisions.

3. Contract documents including Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Information RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs).

4. Governance documents including Project Change Approvals (PCAs), Specific Project Approvals (SPAs) and similar documents.

5. Program meeting agendas and minutes.

What you have:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.

Must have 7+ years of IT program and project coordination experience.

Experience managing program or project financials including producing regular reports.

Previous vendor contract coordination experience.

Experience with IT Infrastructure projects is a must

Experience working in a public sector organization is valuable.

Excellent demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.

Ability to gather, analyze, and consolidate information from a variety of sources.

Knowledge of MS Office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).

Experience working with Microsoft Project Online, SharePoint and OneDrive.

Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail working in a fast-paced environment.
