New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an experienced IT Strategy Consultant to support the organization’s ongoing digital transformation. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help shape and execute our Information Technology roadmap by evaluating current systems, identifying strategic opportunities, and guiding technology-related decisions that align with business goals.<br/><br/>Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and business experts to define long-term technology goals and ensure that our IT investments deliver measurable value.
You will assist in the planning, design, sourcing, and governance of the organization’s IT and security systems architecture.
Lead and contribute to the development of our IT strategy and roadmap.
Analyze current IT systems and infrastructure to identify improvement opportunities.
Evaluate technology trends and recommend strategic initiatives to support business needs.
Assist with IT sourcing decisions, vendor evaluations, and cost/benefit analysis.
Align IT strategy with governance standards, enterprise architecture, and risk management.
Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to ensure cohesive technology planning.
Ensure IT security considerations are integrated into all strategic planning activities.<br/><br/>Requirements:<br/><br/>5+ years of experience in an IT management or strategic planning role.
10+ years of experience in a relevant technical field.
Proven experience in managing IT project delivery from planning through implementation (10+ years).
Proficiency in various project methodologies (SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.).
Bachelors degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of certifications and experience.
Strong knowledge of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation practices.
