  • Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour (approximately $52,000-$70,000 annually)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales and customer service calls
  • Prepare quotes, enter orders, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Provide product information, pricing, and order support to customers
  • Support outside sales teams with follow-ups and client coordination
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests

Requirements:

  • Experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • CRM or sales system experience considered an asset
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
