Your New Role
As Interior Designer, you’ll join the Design & Construction team and play a key role in shaping the guest experience across White Spot and Triple O’s locations. You’ll lead projects from concept to completion, balancing brand identity, functionality, and budget. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week after completion of the probation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from initial concept to final walkthrough
- Develop space plans, design schemes, millwork details, and FF&E packages
- Present design concepts and manage stakeholder feedback
- Ensure compliance with BC Building Code and permitting requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants
- Stay current on design trends, materials, and techniques
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years of local studio experience in Interior design, with a strong focus on restaurant or hospitality environments
- Degree from an accredited design school in North America (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft 365 & Revit Knowledge
- Strong graphic presentation and rendering skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Thorough understanding of BC Building Code and construction processes
