Afin de soutenir ses opérations internes, notre client est à la recherche d’un·e commis aux services internes pour son bureau de Montréal.
Ce rôle est idéal pour une personne polyvalente, proactive et orientée service, qui souhaite évoluer dans un milieu professionnel dynamique où le bien-être des employés est une priorité.
Votre rôle
Relevant de la haute direction des ressources humaines, vous contribuerez au bon fonctionnement quotidien des services internes et à l’expérience des employés. Vous veillerez à ce que les espaces de travail, de réunion et de restauration soient accueillants, fonctionnels et bien approvisionnés.
Principales responsabilités
- Maintenir une apparence professionnelle et accueillante des aires communes (réception, salons, espaces partagés)
- S’assurer du bon fonctionnement de l’équipement de bureau, incluant les machines à café
- Préparer les salles de réunion et de conférence avant et après les rencontres
- Gérer l’approvisionnement et l’inventaire des fournitures de bureau partagées
- Veiller à la propreté et à l’approvisionnement des cuisines, bistros et salles de bain
- Effectuer les commandes de collations, breuvages, repas et paniers de fruits
- Faire des tournées régulières des étages afin d’identifier et régler rapidement tout problème
- Gérer les déchets, le recyclage et le lave-vaisselle au besoin
- Signaler les enjeux d’entretien, de plomberie ou de stocks insuffisants aux parties concernées
- Appuyer les livraisons internes et la distribution du courrier
- Assurer le remplacement à la réception lors des pauses ou absences
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins de l’équipe
Profil recherché
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou équivalent
- Minimum d’un an d’expérience pertinente en services internes ou en réception
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
- Débrouillardise, autonomie et esprit d’initiative
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique
- Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et fort sens du service à la clientèle

Internal Services Clerk – Full-Time

Our recruitment firm is partnering with a well-established and growing law firm known for its collaborative culture and people-first approach. The firm is seeking a Full-Time Internal Services Associate to support daily operations at its Montreal office.
This opportunity is well suited for a hands-on, service-oriented professional who enjoys variety, teamwork, and contributing to a well-organized workplace.
The role
Reporting to senior Human Resources leadership, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of internal and employee services. Your work will directly support the comfort, efficiency, and day-to-day experience of the firm’s professionals and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure common areas are welcoming, organized, and professionally maintained
- Verify that office equipment, including coffee machines, is operational and ready for use
- Prepare meeting and conference rooms before and after scheduled events
- Maintain inventory and stock shared office supplies in common areas
- Ensure kitchens, bistro areas, and restrooms are clean, organized, and well stocked
- Place orders for snacks, beverages, lunches, and fruit baskets
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of all floors to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor trash and recycling in common areas and manage dishwasher duties as needed
- Report facility, maintenance, or supply issues to the appropriate contacts
- Assist with internal deliveries, packages, and mail distribution
- Provide reception coverage during breaks, vacations, or as required
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned
