Position Overview: To support our continued growth, TMG Industrial is seeking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator who will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain process from issuing purchase orders to coordinating overseas shipments and ensuring compliance down to maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities:Supplier & Freight Partner Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with overseas factories and freight forwardersProcurement & Purchase Order ManagementIssue purchase orders based on inventory needsCompare product deliveries with issued purchase orders to ensure there are no discrepanciesMaintaining accurate inventory records and products informationLogistics & Shipment CoordinationOrganize the shipment of goods from overseas factoriesNegotiate terms with carriers or freight forwarders, and book vesselsCoordinate with trucking company for containers delivering to dock on timeTrack and communicate shipment status with freight forwarders in real-timeCustoms & Import CompliancePrepare transport documents and coordinate with customs brokers for customs clearanceEnsure import compliance, on-time submission and up-to-day records of relevant records and report.Resolve issues including discrepancies, delayed arrivals and customs releaseManage report gathering from various sources and ensure accuracyOther related duties as requiredRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business administration, or LogisticsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsOcean freight imports experience requiredExperience working with suppliers in Asia or Europe, or in a supply chain environment is an assetStrong Microsoft Office Suite skillsStrong attention to detailsWork Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:00pm.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $48,000 – $55,000
