Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with procurement department and take ownership of Inventory in the warehouse to make sure that we are not in a stock out position
  • Perpetual Inventory count of all major items and report the discrepancy to the Controller on a weekly basis
  • Reconcile the inventory subledger account with the control account
  • Identify the slow-moving items and report to Sales department about the slow-moving items.
  • Document all the inventory adjustments in Sage 300 ERP system
  • Analyze the variances between the physical count and book balances
