About the Role

We’re looking for an Administrative IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team of 30 professionals across five groups. This role provides essential admin support and plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workflow analysis, and documentation review.
  • Create process flows for current and proposed workflows and data flows.
  • Prepare use cases, define test plans, and develop test cases.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements effectively.
  • Communicate with project managers, subject matter experts, and end users.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously with varying complexity and impact.
  • Suggest work packages and help prioritize solutions within scope.

Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on Salesforce user experience
  • Proficiency with Monday.com and Google Workspace

  • Process documentation expertise

  • Ability to build engaging presentations
  • Bilingual (French/English)
