Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Hours: 40/per week

Work Location: In person, in office

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to join our vibrant and fast-paced sales office! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, and is eager to take initiative, all while contributing to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Perform general office duties, including running occasional errands
  • Provide a professional, welcoming experience for all guests and visitors

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Source candidates through platforms like Indeed/LinkedIn
  • Conduct pre-screening phone calls and schedule interviews
  • Manage and streamline the onboarding process for all new hires

Social Media Support

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing posts across company social media accounts
  • Collaborate with the team to promote job openings and company events online
  • Help grow our online presence and engagement through creative content and regular updates

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Drive and office software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Communications, HR, and or Arts is not required but an assest
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or reception/admin role
  • A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-energy sales office
  • Participating in conferences and Team nights
