We are a vibrant, multi-generational Indian family of five looking for a dedicated caregiver for our son, Kayden, who just celebrated his 1st birthday! Our home is a busy but welcoming oneMom is a lawyer, Dad is an accountant, and while Kaydens grandparents are part of the household, they work varying hours. We predominantly speak English at home and are looking for someone to become a seamless part of our daily routine.

Our main priority is Kaydens growth and well-being during the workday. Since Mom and Dad work full-time, we need a reliable sitter who loves to play, teach, and engage with a curious one-year-old. Your typical day would include:
Active Engagement: Playing and hitting developmental milestones.
Mealtime: Feeding Kayden (meals are usually prepped and just need assembly).
Routine: Putting him down for his naps.
Light Upkeep: Tidying up his toys and cleaning up after his meals while he sleeps.
