Job Title: Estate Litigation Lawyer

Full-time opportunity

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $ 150k – $180k

Duties:

  • Represent clients in estate law matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws.
  • Draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with opposing counsel.
  • Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications while adhering to confidentiality standards.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients’ interests.
  • Ability to write clearly and persuasively for various legal documents and correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with clients during challenging situations.
  • Provide clients with clear guidance on their rights and options throughout the legal process.
