Description

Our client is a Lead Designer, who will be developing high-impact visual assets from dynamic short-form video to social graphics, campaign visuals, motion design, and more. The ideal candidate will be thriving in fast-moving environments, and has a deep appreciation for taste, clarity, and conversion-driven design.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept, edit, and produce short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, paid ads) that feel native to each platform and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Design a broad range of static and animated marketing materials, including: paid social and display ads, email campaign visuals, landing page imagery, social media graphics and more.
  • Serve as a steward of visual identity, balancing creativity with clear brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the visual design system as the brand scales.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a design-focused creative role, ideally within tech, media, or a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong proficiency in motion and video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) and core design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • A portfolio highlighting high-quality video, motion work, and marketing design, especially social-first and performance assets.
  • Experience designing for AI, tech, or creator-focused products.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and creative performance optimization.
  • Photography or on-set video production experience.
