Lead Plumber

Your New Company

You will be working for a National REIT who own a large portfolio of residential properties across Canada. This company is well known for its staff retention and offering affordable homes and building communities. Due to a relocation they are in need of a new Lead Plumber to support their residential portfolio throughout Regina.

Your New Role

You will report to the Director of Special Teams and be working in a team of 4, overseeing approximately 2000 units across Regina. You will be responsible for leading the team and providing advice and knowledge in both a mentorship and training capacity. You’ll be both hands on and carrying out higher level duties including scheduling, working with budgets, vendor oversight and general back office administration.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You must have a valid Journeyman Plumbing Certificate / General Gas Fitter and be cross connection certified, ideally 7+ years experience. You will have strong repairs and maintenance knowledge/experience with hydronic heating systems, in either residential or commercial real estate environments. Good IT skills and familiarity working with a tablet is highly beneficial along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
