About the Role

We are seeking a senior sales professional to lead complex, high-value residential and IDS projects. This role is designed for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of decision-driven, design-led sales and closing high-ticket projects with confidence and discipline.

This is not a volume retail role.

It is a senior position focused on quality of revenue, client trust, and margin integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-value residential projects ($25k–$100k+)
  • Conduct in-home and IDS consultations
  • Develop and present multi-room and full-home layouts
  • Guide clients through design and budget decisions
  • Close projects efficiently while maintaining pricing discipline
  • Collaborate with designers, logistics, and management teams

  • Clients reach decisions efficiently and confidently
  • Projects close within short, well-defined timelines
  • Average transaction values exceed store benchmarks
  • Clients trust your recommendations and commit decisively

Experience & Background (Required)

  • Demonstrated success in high-ticket residential or design-led sales
  • Experience presenting and defending design solutions and budgets
  • Proven ability to close complex projects

Background in one or more of the following:

  • Luxury furniture
  • Interior design or architectural showrooms
  • Kitchen, millwork, or custom cabinetry
  • Design-build or renovation sales
  • High-end real estate
