You will work across multiple different project types, including user research, experience strategy, north star visions and prototypes, and end-to-end product design delivery.UX Lead responsibilities include:Partnering with project managers and other discipline leads to plan project delivery approach and set up Design Ops for your projectsPlanning and executing quantitative and qualitative user researchPlanning and facilitating workshops and design sessionsCreating a holistic experience design strategies across journey phases, user segments, and channelsConceptualizing design solutions based on strategic recommendationsDesigning information architecture, task flows, wireframes, and other UX documentation for internal and external development teamsQualifications:Experience:8+ years of UX design experience in Agency or consultingUniversity degree or certification in information architecture, HCI, human factors/ergonomics, user experience design, interaction design, or related fieldPortfolio of work including both marketing/content related projects and complex, interaction-rich interfaces, and experience strategy documentation (e.g. personas, user journeys, etc.)Proficient experience in using Figma, Sketch, Invision, Axure, Adobe suite, or relatedExperience creating new products, apps, or sites from the ground upUser research and usability testing experienceComfort with interpreting qualitative and quantitative data sourcesSuperior communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detailExperience coordinating work and mentoring other UX designers within project teamsExperience estimating project work effort and contributing to new business initiatives (e.g. RFP responses, proposal decks, etc.)Direct experience working with a multi-disciplinary teamYou should have familiarity with the following:Responsive and adaptive design concepts and practiceAccessibility and inclusive design standardsDesign for mobile devices, e-Commerce, content management (cataloguing, taxonomies, template design)Creating and maintaining design systemsContent strategyService design
