Claims and Contracts SpecialistFuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally.Fuze Logistics Services is seeking a Claims and Contracts Specialist to join our team in Montreal. This is an exiting opportunity and role that plays a critical role in ensuring that contracts are properly managed, executed, and protected, while minimizing the risks associated with claims and disputes. Duties and responsibilities: Contracts: update and maintain corporate contract management system; complete the revision of master service, non-disclosure, and other standard form agreements; review new client contracts, redline, assess the risk, insurance requirements and determine proper coverage; review non-disclosure agreement, leases, vendor credit applications.Claims: process claims, as required; maintain records of insurance policies and claims.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.What you need to succeed: 3 years of paralegal or related experience.Significant experience with contracts and corporate matters.Strong communication skills, and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and juggle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.Curiosity and desire to take on mandates in a variety of subject matter areas.Entrepreneurial and highly adaptable.Bilingualism (fluent in French and English).If you have the experience required for our role, please send you CVs to kharenh@fuzelogistics.com
