Legal Counsel (Financial Services)

Downtown Toronto/Hybrid | 3+ years

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel, with a strong financial services background to join its expanding legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will support their lending operations, including structured finance, loans and loan guarantees. The ideal candidate will have strong lending experience, and be comfortable working across multiple files with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This is a strategic role with real visibility across the organization.
