Litigation Associate

A well-regarded full-service firm in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, construction litigation, and general civil matters. The ideal candidate will be confident managing files independently while contributing to a collaborative, supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a broad range of commercial, civil, and construction litigation files
• Manage matters from initial strategy through to resolution
• Work closely with partners and clients to deliver practical, business-minded solutions
• Contribute to a positive and collegial team culture

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial / civil litigation experience
• Law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of BC
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced practice
• Collaborative, respectful, and solutions-focused approach
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
