Position: Live-in Superintendent Location: OttawaWe’re looking for a hands-on, service-oriented Live-in Superintendent to help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our residential buildings. If you’re proactive, reliable, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry)- Respond to resident service requests and ensure high satisfaction- Maintain building safety and cleanliness- Show units to prospective tenants- Handle basic administrative tasks and emergency proceduresTop Must-Haves:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience – Own and safely maintain basic tools- Solid knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, and HVAC systems- Must have access to a vehicle for travel between buildingsBonus Skills:- Strong communication and customer service- Basic computer skills (Outlook, etc.)- Familiarity with Residential Tenancies Act and safety standardsIf you have the required experience and are interested, please send your resume to melissa.cardi@quantun.ca to be considered.
