Management Consultant Toronto, Full Time Hybrid
$Our client is an international leader in the Rebrand Implementation space assisting Fortune 500 companies through their enterprise wide transformations. They are looking to add management consultants to their team as they continue their strategic growth plans. Located in Toronto, the role is a fully hybrid flexible position where you’ll be leading clients through the various stages of transformation of their physical branding initiatives. This is a highly engaging role that challenges your project management, client engagement and stakeholder management skills in a entrepreneurial environment.
Support various phases of implementation projects
Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, schedules, and updates using project management software
Manage project deliverables and performance in line with approved project plans
Support and manage suppliers as required (e.Ensure all project participants understand project goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables by beginning with the end in mind and managing this process throughout each phase of work
Produce cost estimates based on client data and established strategies
Develop and update deliverables based on data gathered to support project analysis
Bring forward smarter, faster, better solutions to processes and identify opportunities to be more agile in day-to-day activities
Three to four years of relevant experience that includes project management and direct client engagement
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify important details while maintaining focus on overall project goals
Ability to quickly change direction and adapt to new challenges and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client calls and requests independently
High level of comfort with technology, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as MS Project and SharePoint
