We’re looking for a collaborative, strategic leader to join our growing Media Team as a Manager, Media. Reporting to the Senior Director of Media Operations, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client partnerships, mentoring a high-performing team, and driving results through strategic media planning and execution.  
As Manager, Media, you’ll lead a team of media members, overseeing campaign development from strategy to execution, managing client relationships directly, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations. You’ll be both a people leader and a hands-on media expert, setting the direction, guiding your team, and rolling up your sleeves when needed to make campaigns successful.
 
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of media professionals, providing clear direction and coaching.

● Oversee daily operations of the media team, including workload balancing, performance management, and process improvement.

Client Relationship Management
● Serve as the primary strategic partner for key clients – owning relationships, driving trust, and aligning media strategies with client business goals.

● Media Strategy & Campaign Management
● Lead the development of integrated paid media strategies across channels (programmatic, social, search, etc.), aligning with audience insights, budget, and performance objectives.

● Partner with internal teams to translate business objectives into measurable media plans, ensuring consistency across tactics and deliverables.

● Oversee the execution of media campaigns – ensuring your team hits deadlines and delivers against KPIs.
 
● Ensure rigorous QA, budget tracking, and performance reporting protocols are followed by your team.

Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and platforms, negotiating rates, exploring new opportunities, and staying informed on innovations.

● Have 4+ years of experience in paid media, including strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels (programmatic, social, search, etc.).

● Have experience managing a small team, including direct reports or dotted-line leadership, with a focus on coaching and development.

● Excel at cross-functional collaboration, especially with account, creative, and analytics teams.

● Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

● Are highly organized, with proven project management capabilities and attention to detail.

● Stay up to date on the latest media trends, tools, and best practices.
