A large, well-established contractor specializing in curtain wall fabrication and installation is seeking an experienced Director of Production to lead operations at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Calgary. This is a critical leadership role focused on optimizing production, driving quality, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced construction manufacturing environment.About the RoleThe Director of Production will oversee all daily plant operations—production, maintenance, logistics, and quality—ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of curtain wall systems for major commercial and institutional projects.
