Description
Hello! We are looking for someone to watch our little one Tues-Fri from 12-4. We’re not quite ready to send her to daycare yet, but we also need time to work.
Child: Alice is 12 months old and a little ball of energy. She is just starting to walk, and loves to climb things (she could go up and down the stairs forever)! She is very determined and knows what she wants. She is a very happy and giggly little girl!
Job: Ideally, we would love someone who could take her out for walks or to the park once it warms up. Or on cold/rainy days to just entertain her at our home or take her to indoor play groups. She would also need diapers changes and to be fed some lunch and snacks during that time (which we would of course provide).
Parenting style: We avoid screen time at all costs, so no TV or phones/tablets when she’s around. We focus on strong attachment by providing her a safe space to express her big emotions. We also like to let her explore as much as possible. We let her do dangerous
