Rutherford Contracting is a leading construction company specializing in ICI Buildings, Site Development, Facilities Management and Construction Management. With a commitment to excellence and safety, we deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
We’re currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote our services and strengthen our brand presence in the construction sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote company projects and services.
- Develop and maintain content for digital platforms including the website, Instagram, and
- Support proposal and bid submissions by compiling marketing materials, case studies, and project sheets.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, project photography, company brochures, and presentations.
- Coordinate event logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client appreciation events.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
- Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance and digital metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors for content gathering and approvals.
- Perform administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience – experience in construction, engineering an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Familiarity with platforms and social media (Salesforce, , Instagram, etc.,)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dead-line driven environment
Education:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
