Title: Account CoordinatorSCOPEReporting to the Group Account Director or Director, the Account Coordinator supports the day-to-day management of the business. Success requires this individual to be organized and have great time management skills.ACCOUNTABILITIESThe Account Coordinator learns the foundations of our business, while supporting others within their team.Manage day-to-day execution of projects including, opening of dockets, getting docket bags prepared, trafficking, budgeting, critical paths, proof reading, and obtaining approval signaturesWork closely with Account Managers and Directors to execute campaigns flawlessly to keep/elevate client confidenceDevelopment of critical paths on a per project basis and updating of critical paths on a weekly basis (in collaboration with manager)Work closely with the Project Manager and Logistics team to ensure critical timeline milestones are metUpdating of budgets as scope change, contact reports and weekly status reportsProof reading of all creative prior to client approvalsSourcing of UPC, Coupon Scan Codes, and any other project related codes and or legalWork with client or other suppliers to obtain all necessary creative assets (logos, pack shots, style guides, and images) for creative developmentManage artwork trafficking including management of revisions, legal, and translation through studioBuild solid, trusted relationships with clients, internal team members, and partners.Demonstrate consistently sound judgment, creative thinking and problem solving.QUALIFICATIONSEducation & ExperienceDegree or Diploma in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media).1+ years of relevant experience in a marketing or agency role.Experience in shopper marketing, CPG, retail, or food service is preferred.Energetic and positive, looking to grow and learn.
