Help leading B2B marketers harness the power of AI and automation to run smarter campaigns. As a Marketing Technology Associate at Demand Spring, you’ll be a hands-on Marketo expert and trusted advisor—building, optimizing, and executing campaigns that fuel measurable revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute in Marketo: Build and optimize email, event, engagement, and default programs end-to-end—owning setup, QA, testing, and performance improvements.
  • Champion best practices: Develop and document scalable Marketo standards that drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Coach clients: Empower clients through enablement, mentoring, and day-to-day technical support.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of hands-on Marketo experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for AI, automation, and marketing technology.
  • Excellent project and time management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Collaborative, client-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
  • You speak well – articulating your ideas, insights, and solutions clearly to our customers, employees, and partners.
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude and passion for continuous learning.
