Mid-Level Shopify Developer

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of Shopify themes, templates, and custom sections
• Work cross-functionally with designers, PMs, and QA to ship reliable features
• Write clean, scalable Liquid and JavaScript code
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party apps and custom APIs
• Contribute to architectural decisions on new builds
• Provide technical input on project scope and estimates

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of front-end development experience
• 2+ years working in Shopify (Liquid, JSON, Shopify CLI, metafields)
• Strong JavaScript skills (ES6+); comfortable with Git, version control, task runners
• Experience building performant, mobile-first themes from scratch
• Comfortable debugging Shopify-specific issues and collaborating with support

Bonus Points

• Experience with Shopify Plus, Hydrogen, or custom checkout flows
• Familiarity with headless stacks or composable commerce
