Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage mobile devices using VMware Workspace One MDM.
• Administer Apple iOS, Windows, MacOS, and Android devices.
• Familiarity with Samsung KNOX, Apple DEP, Zero-touch Enrollments, Gorilla, Munki.
• Preferred: MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Google Device Management.
• Knowledge of GIT, Chef, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP errors, API calls.
• Handle escalations, communicate effectively with ELT/VIP/VVIP customers.
• Document processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; VMware certifications a plus.

Required Skills

• Mobile device management experience.
• Technical knowledge of various operating systems.
• Effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Google Device Management.
• Familiarity with GIT, Chef, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP errors, API calls.
