Senior MSAT / Process Engineer – Vision AI Enablement

Job Location- Remote- Cananda Partial overlap with US EST hours

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) / Drug Process professional to support the deployment and adoption of Vision AI solutions in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. The role bridges shop-floor manufacturing knowledge with advanced analytics to ensure AI-driven insights are operationally meaningful and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

– Act as a technical interface between pharmaceutical manufacturing teams and Vision AI / analytics teams

– Interpret Vision AI alerts in the context of real manufacturing conditions

– Validate AI outputs against manufacturing KPIs, process trends, deviations, and CAPA data

– Provide process and root-cause context to analytics teams to improve alert relevance and accuracy

– Support operationalization of Vision AI outputs into SOP-aligned manufacturing actions

– Participate in discussions with global stakeholders, including US-based teams

Required Skills & Experience

– 7-12 years of hands-on experience in MSAT, Manufacturing Support, Tech Transfer, or Process Engineering

– Strong exposure to sterile injectables and/or biologics manufacturing

– Practical experience with deviations, CAPA, RCA, batch record review, and shop-floor investigations

– Ability to translate manufacturing observations into structured metrics and insights

– Comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams

Education

– B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology / Mechanical Engineering (with relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing exposure)

Must Have

– Experience in CDMO environments

– Exposure to digital manufacturing, PAT, MES, or analytics initiatives

– Prior involvement in regulatory inspections or audit preparation
