ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working at the center of strategy, data, and customer partnership, the National Account Analyst plays a critical role in maximizing the performance of Castrol-brand product assortments nationwide. Partnering closely with Strategic Account Managers, customers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape how products perform across the different categories.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead new product launches from planning through execution, ensuring timelines are met and all product and display requirements are in place
  • Analyze product lifecycle performance, develop data-driven recommendations, secure cross-functional alignment, and implement actions to optimize inventory flow
  • Continuously improve assortment planning and lifecycle management processes—both tactically and strategically
  • Forecast promotional and sales opportunities while developing smart exit strategies for surplus or obsolete products
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure assortment strategies are clearly understood and flawlessly executed
  • Support critical data initiatives, including line reviews and vendor transitions
  • Become the go-to expert on retailer replenishment systems and how they integrate with internal tools to better serve customers
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Care and Supply Chain teams to proactively resolve issues that may impact order flow
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Strategic Account Manager, providing ongoing analytical and operational support
  • Take the lead on cross-functional customer projects, driving alignment and execution
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as opportunities arise
