Bridgepoint Consulting’s Cloud Solutions practice delivers critical value to clients through services that support most back-office initiatives, with a primary focus on maximizing value for accounting, operations, and technology.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our Managed Services group who has a background in accounting and related business functions to support multiple customers across various workstreams in managed services agreements. The Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting multiple customers in varying degrees of application ownership as a part of day 2 services with an opportunity to develop a team of direct reports overtime. You are responsible for the following areas of focus:

Responsibilities

Serve the Customer:

Customer Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer

  • Facilitate new customer on-boarding
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer from project(s) and implementation(s)
  • Gather and organize documentation support
  • Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption

Ongoing Customer Relationship & Communication

  • Partner with business administrators and SMEs to ensure long-term customer success
  • Serve as customer’s lead consultant, primary in some instances
  • Efficient and timely customer communication
  • Maintain awareness of customer budgets and assist in client communications
  • Escalate customer needs

Project & Support Management

  • Define on-going project and support model scoping
  • Assess incoming ticket requests and identify resource requirements
  • Ensure ticket resolutions and milestone efficiencies and metrics
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and follow-ups

Issue Resolution & Optimization

  • Evaluate root cause and develop solutions for client break/fix requests
  • Identify optimization opportunities within client instances
  • Support customers with instance strategy and maintenance
  • Facilitate migration strategies through resource training

Reporting & Documentation

  • Build reports, saved searches and dashboards that provide comprehensive and forward-looking Business Intelligence
  • Prepare current and to-be process documentation that presents the strategy, architecture, and design of the proposed solution that effectively addresses these requirements

Consulting Expertise

  • Provide consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, apply best practices, and leverage a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements

Grow the Business:

  • Partner with internal and external representatives on additional product offerings and opportunities
  • Partner with team members on quarterly business initiatives and product development
  • Partner with Advisory for customer and product transitions and continuity
  • Participate in customer health and staffing efforts company-wide
  • Participate in prospective and existing customer sales cycles
  • Provide ongoing training and development to new consultants
  • Work and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, or other related disciplines
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and possesses process-driven mind-set
  • Passionate about learning NetSuite product functionality and to apply real-world use cases
  • Proficiency in Office Suite products, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of project or account management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities
  • Strong ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundations certification
  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant
  • Knowledge of various workstreams (ex: O2C, R2R, P2P, etc.)
  • Consolidations and Eliminations, including foreign currency management
  • Cost Accounting and Manufacturing Experience

Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – 125,000 USD base salary and will vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of a discretional annual or quarterly bonus.
