They boast exceptional client retention, demonstrating stability and a strong reputation in the industry. </p><p><br></p><p><b>Your Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of complex network infrastructure for various client environments, including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking. </li><li>Architect scalable, redundant, and secure network solutions, focusing on segmentation, high availability, and performance optimization. </li><li>Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for advanced routing, switching, firewall, and cloud networking issues. </li><li>Execute project plans, manage concurrent projects, and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. </li><li>Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and procedures. </li><li>Troubleshoot complex network problems involving technologies like multicast (PIM), Spanning Tree, VLANs, and link aggregation. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients, assist with pre-sales technical efforts, and draft Statements of Work (SOWs). </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years in network engineering, including design and implementation, preferably in enterprise or MSP settings. </li><li>Active Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or equivalent demonstrated experience. </li><li>Deep proficiency with Cisco IOS, including CLI configuration of switches and firewalls. </li><li>Expertise in Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), VLANs, and multicast (including PIM routing). </li><li>Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki is essential. </li><li>Experience managing enterprise-scale network environments. </li><li>Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewall management. </li><li>Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup solutions. </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID. </li><li>Strong understanding of security best practices (MFA, encryption, SSL). </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills. </li><li>Ability to work core hours overlapping with Pacific Time Zone (9 AM – 3 PM PST required availability). </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join?</b></p><p><br></p><p>Become the go-to networking expert within a collaborative Enterprise Services team.
