What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Registered Nurse in good standing
✔️ Minimum 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead)
✔️ 3–5 years of Operating Room experience is a strong asset
✔️ Strong communication, organization, and team management skills
✔️ BCLS and ACLS certified (PALS preferred)
✔️ Passion for quality patient care and operational excellence
