Job Description :
Reporting to the Digital Solutions Lead, the Customer Service Representative is accountable for delivering a superior customer experience while identifying opportunities to cross-sell. The role requires someone with amazing communication, legendary customer service, organizational and time management skills, a strong sense of urgency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct customer satisfaction calls with new and existing clients.
Act as the “first line of defense” with client inquiries and leads; review client applications for qualification purposes.
Represent Stratis’ brand and values when interacting with clients.
Identify opportunities to cross sell other policies and generate leads for another department in Stratis.
What are we looking for?
~1-2 years customer service experience working in retail or a call center
~ Experience in the insurance industry an asset
~1-2 years’ experience working in an office setting in a similar capacity
~ Handling telephone inquiries and coordinating multiple tasks
~ Administrative duties using technology
