- Create and provide access to tailored medical education offerings to facilitate opportunities for peer-to-peer exchange, learning and clinical best practice sharing.
- Attend appropriate scientific meetings and stay up to date with clinical advances to maintain expertise as a source of authority with respect to Lilly medicines and innovations in care provision and/or clinical efficiency with a potential to improve patient outcomes.
- Gather and internally communicate notable HCP feedback/insights regarding clinical experience with and perspective of Lilly’s medicines, noting areas of challenge or opportunity with respect to clinical implementation, to best inform Lilly strategy and execute the medical strategic plan.
- Contribute to the creation of Lilly medicine brand plans and supporting tactics with a particular focus on representation and integration of the patient perspective.
- Collaborate closely with other medical and commercial field team members to cohesively approach regional challenges and opportunities associated with the clinical implementation of a Lilly medicine.
- Respond in a timely way to HCP inquiries with any available information which may include reprints or posters, medical letters, literature citations, access to internal and external experts, slides and other teaching-related material.
- In all interactions, ensure that activities are compliant with all applicable guidelines, Rules and Regulations for Conducting Research, IMC Code of Conduct, the Eli Lilly Canada Policy on the Promotion of Pharmaceutical Products and Ethical Interactions with Health Care Providers, and other prevailing regulations/codes that may pertain to their work in the future.
