Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Functional Consultant

Scope of Work:

• Provide Oracle functional skills/support for Customer Data Management (CDM) and Data Quality

• Support Oracle CDM integration with external systems

• Conduct discovery workshops and requirements gathering with the client to assess configurations for business processes, identify conversions and integrations needed

• Assist client with functional design of integrations, review design, and provide recommendations

• Offer functional support for technical design, build, and test as needed

• Assist with troubleshooting

• Collaborate with the client on configuration of CDM
