I’m Robin, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.
I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.
Mission
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Analyst – Finance, you’ll support business teams, enhance ERP capabilities, and act as a key contributor to continuous improvement initiatives. You will operate in a fast‑paced, pragmatic, and highly collaborative environment with strong autonomy and direct impact.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze, document and optimize business processes and functional requirements.
Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges and propose the right ERP solutions.
Configure Oracle Cloud ERP (functional setup, roles, access and controls).
Prioritize incoming requests, support users and help resolve incidents.
Prepare and execute testing activities: unit, integration and UAT.
Participate in continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Document deliverables and processes in line with project methodologies.
Work closely with the PMO and project managers.
Train and support key users during deployments and enhancements.
Your profile
3+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion).
Strong ERP functional configuration skills (roles, access, controls).
Solid business analysis and documentation background.
Ability to quickly understand complex operational environments.
Excellent communication, simplification and collaboration skills.
Experience with JIRA and Agile frameworks.
Bilingual French / English.
Autonomous, detail‑oriented, highly results‑driven.
