Role Summary:

We are seeking 5+ years experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant to support our implementation with a focus on Grants Management. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and support testing and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with research and grants stakeholders.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Grants Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and related modules.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Grants, and Research Administration teams to align business needs with system functionality.
  • Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., AR, Billing, GL).
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Assist in cutover, go-live, and post-production support.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/PPM implementation, with strong knowledge of Grants Management.
  • Familiarity with research administration, sponsored projects, or higher education/healthcare grants processes.
  • Strong functional expertise in Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Grants Accounting.
  • Proven experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
