Role: Lead Consultant – Oracle EBS HRMS / Time & Labor
Location: Mississauga, ON / Calgary, AB

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead Consultant / SME with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Time & Labor and HRMS. This role focuses on business process consulting, solution design, implementation, and support of Oracle EBS R12.2.x applications, working closely with stakeholders and project teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process consulting and solution design for Oracle EBS HRMS modules
- Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions
- Configure, develop, and deploy Oracle EBS R12.2.x solutions
- Guide project teams on processes, deliverables, and implementation strategy
- Support proposals, client training, and internal capability building
- Participate in testing phases including SIT, UAT, and CRP
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of IT experience
- 2–3 full life-cycle implementations in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Time & Labor
- Oracle Payroll
- Oracle Core HR
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x implementations and integrations
- Background working with Services industry organizations
- Authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Knowledge of Oracle HR / Workday integrations
- Experience with Benefits, Absence Management, and Payroll interfaces
- Familiarity with Oracle Global View, Celergo, Smart Recruiters
- Experience with data migration, third-party integrations, and Oracle Custom Reports
- Strong understanding of Oracle Unified Method (OUM)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
