Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Helpdesk Consultant to support a long-term engagement focused on designing and implementing an Oracle HCM Helpdesk solution aligned with HR service delivery objectives. The consultant will collaborate closely with stakeholders and solution architects to deliver a scalable, efficient, and future-ready helpdesk solution that meets strategic and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and design the Oracle HCM Helpdesk solution to support HR service delivery objectives.
  • Work with solution architects to develop a future architecture that meets strategic and operational needs.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Helpdesk modules, workflows, and case management processes according to project requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and execute test cases (unit, system, and user acceptance testing) to validate helpdesk functionality and address any issues prior to go-live.
