Job Description: Oracle PPM Functional Analyst

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Oracle PPM Functional Analyst to join our ERP team. In this role, you will collaborate with business units such as Construction, Manufacturing, and Retail to design and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that drive operational excellence. You’ll work on high-impact projects, partner with IT and business stakeholders, and bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Cloud ERP Projects module (PPM) in production systems.
- Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and map processes to Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Conduct workshops, manage conference room pilots (CRPs), and lead user testing and training.
- Configure Oracle Applications, create functional design documents, and develop test scripts.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and monitor project deliverables across phases.
- Continuously improve business processes for simplicity and user experience.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation/support experience.
- 4+ Oracle Cloud Projects implementations as a lead functional analyst.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle PPM Cloud (Project Costing, Billing, Control).
- Expertise in integrations with Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Management).
- Hands-on experience with PPM batch processes, OTBI reports, analytics, and integrations.
- Knowledge of inter-company billing, data conversions/migrations, and inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Ability to lead fit-gap analysis, CRPs, functional configuration, testing, and training.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Finance modules and end-to-end processes.
