Note: Candidates must be able to start work at 7:00 AM EST. Look candidates from the EST time zone (or Canada) who can meet this early start time.
The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Analyst to manage and optimize the full order-to-cash lifecycle for our subscription-based products. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure accurate order processing, smooth billing, and exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and manage customer orders, renewals, amendments, and cancellations in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora).
- Validate pricing, discounts, terms, and billing details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues quickly and efficiently.
- Support global operations across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC) and maintain operational reporting.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support automation initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and cross-functional reporting.
Who You Are:
- 2–5 years of experience in order management, revenue operations, or subscription operations, ideally in SaaS.
- (Optional) Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with subscription billing, SaaS pricing models, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
- Experience with process automation and system enhancements.
- Exposure to global order management supporting multiple regions.
