Note: Candidates must be able to start work at 7:00 AM EST. Look candidates from the EST time zone (or Canada) who can meet this early start time.

The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Analyst to manage and optimize the full order-to-cash lifecycle for our subscription-based products. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure accurate order processing, smooth billing, and exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process and manage customer orders, renewals, amendments, and cancellations in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora).
  • Validate pricing, discounts, terms, and billing details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Support global operations across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC) and maintain operational reporting.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support automation initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and cross-functional reporting.

Who You Are:

  • 2–5 years of experience in order management, revenue operations, or subscription operations, ideally in SaaS.
  • (Optional) Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with subscription billing, SaaS pricing models, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
  • Experience with process automation and system enhancements.
  • Exposure to global order management supporting multiple regions.
