Job Title: Paid Advertising Coordinator – Math, Science, Data Analysis background

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated recent graduate with a background in math, science, data analysis, or related fields to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be trained to develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will focus on data-driven decision-making to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn the world of paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising Strategy:

Learn and assist in developing paid advertising strategies aligned with marketing goals to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis:

Use your analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, perform A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for better results.

Ad Copy & Landing Page Optimization:

Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad copy and design landing pages that drive conversions.

Budget Management:

Gain hands-on experience in managing advertising budgets, optimizing bids and placements to maximize ROAS & CPA.

Performance Reporting:

Generate comprehensive reports that clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for further optimization.

Trend Analysis & Best Practices:

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising, particularly on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring Bloomex remains competitive in the digital landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Data Analysis, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Attention to detail and precision in working with data and numbers.

Strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising (training provided).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and stay updated on digital advertising trends.
