<p>Representing a growing global organization, we are proud to be leading the search for a Payroll Specialist. This newly created role will manage end-to-end payroll processing for North America while contributing to global payroll projects and transformation initiatives.</p><p>This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to support regional operations and collaborate on global projects in a dynamic environment. As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Managing end-to-end payroll processing for all AMER jurisdictions, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll changes across multiple pay cycles</li><li>Coordinating with payroll vendors (e.g., ADP) to ensure timely updates and resolution of queries</li><li>Supporting year-end preparation and providing required information to Tax and Finance teams</li><li>Ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements and maintaining audit readiness</li><li>Managing the payroll email inbox and responding to inquiries within agreed SLAs</li><li>Preparing and auditing data for system integrations and payroll interfaces</li><li>Supporting global payroll transformation projects and maintaining process documentation</li><li>Partnering with HR, HRIS, Legal, Benefits, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflows</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To be successful in this role our client is looking for a:</p><ul><li>Professional with a degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years in payroll</li><li>Experience with Workday and ADP Workforce Now highly preferred</li><li>Strong prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities</li><li>Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills</li><li>Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset</li></ul><p></p>
