Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Process salary and hourly payroll, including hires, changes, terminations, bonuses, and timecards
• Reconcile payroll reports and administer retirement savings contributions
• Prepare and remit payroll-related filings (EHT, WCB, T4s, T4As, Relevé 1, T2200, etc.)
• Support year-end payroll processing and federal/provincial filings
• Assist with reporting, audits, and payroll-related projects

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of multi-provincial Canadian payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax legislation and employment standards
• ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required
• PCP designation (National Payroll Institute) required
• Workday HCM experience is an asset
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
