People Operations Associate — Hiring
We are supporting a partner company in identifying a People Operations Associate to assist with daily HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
This role is suited for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and comfortable handling structured operational tasks within a remote environment.
What you will be working on
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding coordination
• Maintaining employee records and internal documentation
• Assisting with HR reporting and process tracking
• Coordinating internal communication and scheduling
• Supporting policy implementation and compliance activities
• Contributing to process improvement within People Operations
What we are looking for
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest or experience in HR or People Operations
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Comfort working with documents and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
