About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you bring 3+ years of RIBO-licensed experience and want to grow with a collaborative, energetic team—this might be the right role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and service Group Personal Lines Clients
  • Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone, and email
  • Rate, quote, and issue renewals or endorsements as needed
  • Liaise with underwriters and carriers; ensure compliance with guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in our BMS (TAM) and portals
  • Follow up on claims, underwriting requests, and necessary documentation
  • Contribute to a team culture of service, accuracy, and professionalism

What You Bring

  • Active RIBO license (or OTL with willingness to convert)
  • 3–5+ years of personal lines insurance experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong proficiency in TAM, Compu-Quote , and insurance company portals
  • A high level of attention to detail, time management, and organization
  • University Degree or College Diploma preferred
  • CIP or CAIB designation (or working toward it) is an asset
